Sam and Dan are both lifelong dog owners and animal lovers with a combined 22 years of professional dog training experience. They were both born and raised in New York and moved to Athens, GA in early 2017.
Sam began volunteering with rescue organizations at the age of 14 and quickly realized training dogs was her calling. She is an ABC graduate and attended the prestigious Michael Ellis School for Dog Trainers in California. Over the years, she has worked various jobs in police K-9 kennels, grooming salons, and training facilities. ​​​​​​​

Dan has always loved dogs, but his passion for training didn’t truly blossom until meeting Sam and getting their first dog together, a Belgian Malinois (Vandal). With the help of Vandal and Sam, Dan has learned all about dog psychology, puppy development, advanced obedience, relationship building, effective communication, and protection work.
Together, Sam and Dan have grown their family to include a second Malinois (Capiche), a Standard Poodle (Recap), and a Border Terrier (Billie). They enjoy nothing more than helping other owners better understand their dogs, so they can live happier lives with their pets, while giving them the freedom they deserve.
